The one white sign on the far end, that you can't read, says something like "Bachelorato (play on words between presidenta's name, Bachelet, and the word for cheap, barrato), you could have put the cost of this spray paint towards "Some Education Fund in Chile that I can't remember the name of".
The orange one says "Where were you when you had to have been...???" Don't worry, I don't get it either.
The third one says something like "There is no blindness worse than not wanting to see. Government, open your eyes! Education = fraud"
